About the Role

Key responsibilities include implementing project planning and scheduling strategies, coordinating the development of work breakdown structures and cost breakdown structures, and maintaining integration of contractor schedules within the program suite. The Scheduler provides quality assurance to functional groups, prepares staffing, engineering and construction progress reports, performs critical‑path and schedule‑risk analyses, highlights deviations from the baseline and proposes corrective actions, and contributes to monthly project reports and presentations. Collaboration with vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction teams ensures accurate schedule inputs and feedback into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans and procedures. • Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS with project lead and planner. • Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite. • Provide quality assurance and interface with functional groups and contractors on schedule performance. • Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress reports and customized presentations. • Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the overall project. • Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions. • Contribute integrated planning and scheduling data to monthly project reports. • Assess overall schedule impact of variances and change orders. • Ensure schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction are fed back into planning systems. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness. • Lead, coordinate and organize multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule platform.

What You Bring

The Scheduler role involves advanced scheduling, progress measurement, change‑management implementation and analysis for major fit‑out projects. The incumbent must understand policies, methods and procedures, applying advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis and risk management to support project objectives and provide best‑practice expertise across the region. • Hold a B.E/B.Tech in Civil engineering, preferably with project or construction management certification. • Possess 6‑8 years of progressive scheduling experience, including MSP on fit‑out/refurbishment projects. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management principles and risk management. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Expertise in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint for scheduling and reporting. • Desirable experience in scheduling for commercial real‑estate projects.
