About the Role
The HazMat Industrial Services Driver/Technician is responsible for the safe and compliant transportation of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste streams from various generator sites. The role includes performing industrial waste clean‑up, responding to emergency spill situations, and ensuring all activities meet federal, state, and local regulations. Operators must maintain equipment, documentation, and customer satisfaction throughout each assignment. • Transport hazardous and non‑hazardous waste streams between generator sites. • Operate equipment such as tanker trucks, roll‑off containers, vacuum trucks, forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks. • Respond to spills and emergency incidents during and after business hours. • Perform DOT pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs. • Complete LTL pickups, full‑truck loads, and maintain site housekeeping. • Act as technician on lab‑pack, field service, and industrial service projects. • Use hand and shop tools with accuracy and attention to detail. • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and stay focused. • Participate in health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Utilize Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Join Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

Compensation for this position is paid hourly, with a range of $21.35 to $29.37 that varies by locality, and eligibility for a performance‑based bonus plan.
