About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk who will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable from arrival to departure. The role involves handling check‑ins, payments, and guest requests while maintaining a welcoming front‑desk environment. • Greet guests and owners on arrival • Check in/out guests • Generate folio and collect payments • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact appropriate departmental personnel • Prepare and restock front desk supplies, including arrival packets and area information • Answer phones and direct calls

What You Bring
