About the Role
The CXAA manages daily receptionist duties, coordinates customer visit schedules, prepares meetings and events, and supports executives, customers, and sales/marketing staff throughout those activities. Additional responsibilities include creating purchase orders, handling inventory of marketing collateral and swag, tracking related expenses, and submitting project and marketing requests on behalf of stakeholders. The assistant also provides administrative support for sales and marketing events, collaborates with the events team, and attends marketing activities at both the Exploration Center and the AAON Mobile Experience. • Handle day‑to‑day receptionist duties at the AAON Experience Center • Maintain customer visit schedule and prepare meetings and events • Support customers, executives, and sales/marketing staff during events • Create purchase orders, receive materials, and inventory marketing collateral and swag • Organize and maintain marketing materials with a focus on presentation for customers • Review and track marketing expenses for the Exploration Center and Mobile Experience • Submit project and marketing requests on behalf of stakeholders • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing events and projects • Collaborate with the AAON events team as needed • Attend marketing‑related events at the Exploration Center and Mobile Experience

What You Bring
The Customer Experience Administrative Assistant (CXAA) is a key support pillar for the Sales and Marketing Departments and serves as the primary point of contact and receptionist at the AAON Exploration Center. The role requires outstanding organizational abilities, a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and a customer‑centric mindset. A college degree is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess strong personal communication and presentation skills, a customer‑centric approach, and some experience in sales, public relations, or customer support.
