About the Role

An Architectural Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction within community association relationships. The role involves inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This is a part-time position, working 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. • Notify responsible parties of code issues in writing, by phone, in person, and electronically. • Investigate allegations of code violations, determine validity, and recommend corrective actions. • Enforce property codes within community boundaries. • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to meet minimum standards.

What You Bring
