About the Role
Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions and selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and perform reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. What You Bring
The role requires ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time walking around facilities, including outdoor environments, climbing stairs and opening large doors. Regular cleaning and minor maintenance tasks are part of the daily duties. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant or fast‑food settings.
