About the Role

The Sales Generalist will prospect new customers, nurture existing accounts, and act as a technical sales consultant to achieve or exceed sales objectives. Responsibilities include retaining and renewing maintenance agreements through the MFA program, conducting sales planning and needs assessments, and collaborating with operations to resolve customer concerns. The individual will also partner with the branch business development team to identify growth opportunities and provide competitive market feedback. • Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to meet sales targets. • Drive territory sales and margin growth for maintenance, repair, and modernization. • Retain and renew maintenance agreements through the MFA program. • Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to target account expansion. • Resolve customer concerns in partnership with Operations teams. • Collaborate with branch business development to identify new opportunities. • Track opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. • Manage multiple projects independently in a technical, Microsoft‑based environment.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates must thrive in a highly team‑oriented, dynamic environment and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. The role demands a customer‑centric mindset, self‑motivation, and the ability to manage multiple technical projects using Microsoft‑based software. Preferred candidates have five or more years of outside sales experience.
