What You Bring

Candidates must bring at least 15 years of experience leading transportation practices on large‑scale transit, rail, roadway, or pedestrian projects, hold a Professional Engineer license, and possess a proven record of winning and delivering complex multidisciplinary work. Established relationships with local DOTs, transit agencies, and municipalities, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills are required.
