About the Role

We are looking for an MRO Planning and Control Manager to join the Aftermarket Operations team within Civil Aerospace. The manager will oversee end‑to‑end supply and demand processes across the global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) network, ensuring engines return to customers efficiently as demand grows. Key responsibilities include partnering with regional Overhaul bases to confirm capacity, lead times and resource plans; ensuring delivery performance meets customer requirements by monitoring production progress and addressing gaps; anticipating and mitigating mid‑term delivery risks; optimising inventory and logistics costs; and developing planning and control capabilities across the team and bases. The role also involves leading regional Planning & Control change initiatives and deploying cutting‑edge technologies that support clean, safe and competitive power solutions.
