About the Role

The Marketing Manager will lead a talented marketing and PR team to produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral that support business‑development efforts. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing department logistics such as staffing, knowledge management, opportunity tracking and CRM, and ensuring the quality and brand alignment of all deliverables. • Lead and inspire the regional marketing and PR team to develop proposals, presentations, and collateral supporting business development. • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering proactive professional growth. • Oversee department logistics including staffing, knowledge management, opportunity tracking, reporting, and CRM processes. • Communicate marketing activities and results to office and regional leadership, ensuring data accuracy. • Conduct internal and external research on prospective clients, practice areas, and market opportunities. • Develop and execute pitch strategies, budgets, and milestones in partnership with BD champions. • Conceptualize, write, and design new marketing materials aligned with the firm’s brand standards. • Manage daily workload and staffing allocations to meet project deadlines. • Serve as the Middle East point of contact for global marketing projects, permissions, publications, and submissions. • Identify and implement process and content improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. • Oversee local public relations, media relations, events, sponsorships, and photography initiatives. • Support Gensler’s sustainability goals and integrate environmental considerations into marketing workflows.

What You Bring

Gensler Middle East seeks a Creative Marketing Manager who will report to the Regional Marketing Director and work closely with senior leadership across the region. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, requiring a “make it happen” mindset, strong organization, and project‑management skills. • 10+ years of marketing experience in architecture, design, engineering, construction, or related industries. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Proven track record leading bids, proposals, and qualification packages with win‑strategy development. • Strong graphic design sensibility and proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite; Salesforce experience a plus. • Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with senior staff on business‑critical projects. • Experience managing large marketing projects independently and leading teams through hiring, training, and mentorship. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling storytelling. • Self‑motivated collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to lead BD conversations confidently. • Basic understanding of sustainable design and operations preferred.
