Administer customer care communications and coordinate work for Urban Union team.

About the Role
• Handle all customer care notifications and communications professionally, promptly, and courteously. • Ensure notified issues are assigned to the appropriate contractor within acceptable timescales. • Assist in reporting, arranging, coordinating, and scheduling all customer care work. • Listen to customers, partners, and colleagues to ensure their voices are heard. • Take responsibility for individual actions, safety, community, and environment.

What You Bring
The position is a hands‑on administrative and customer‑support role. You will work from the Glasgow office, learning quickly, adapting to changing needs and using strong people skills to manage communications and coordinate work. Successful candidates will have experience in document and control filing, an SVQ relevant to Business Administration, and proven multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
