About the Role

• Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating and portioning for recipes. • Cook food according to kitchen standards, following recipes for consistency and taste. • Maintain kitchen, equipment and utensil cleanliness in line with sanitation and food‑safety regulations. • Create and manage menus, selecting ingredients and cooking methods for effective dish presentation. • Monitor ingredient and finished‑dish quality to ensure consistency and high standards. • Manage time to deliver meals according to the service schedule. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and optimize meal preparation. • Track inventory, manage supplies and generate reorder requests. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and storage regulations, including Serve‑Safe standards.

What You Bring

The Executive Chef position is located at an OCONUS site and will be 100 % onsite within KBR’s NSS Intel division. KBR is seeking a dedicated culinary professional who can produce high‑quality meals, ensure food‑safety compliance, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold an active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph. • Possess an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or at least 13 years of food‑service experience, including 7 years as an Executive Chef. • Experience leading large cafeteria‑style or multi‑entrée operations and developing food‑service teams.
