About the Role
The server delivers overall hospitality, ensuring guests receive attentive service and that operations run smoothly throughout each shift. Responsibilities include supporting the service team, managing orders, maintaining the dining area, and upholding standards of cleanliness and equipment care. • Greet guests and members by name promptly and politely. • Address member or guest issues professionally and promptly. • Run food, clear and reset tables, china, glassware, and silverware as needed. • Input orders accurately into POS system and manage checks. • Communicate effectively with team members and managers during service. • Complete opening and closing procedures and maintain restaurant cleanliness. • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular checks. • Maintain and properly handle all equipment. • Follow all company policies and safe food handling practices.

The Hills is hiring a Seasonal Server for the Food & Beverage Service Department, working from April 20 2026 to October 7 2026. Candidates need at least six months of experience in high‑volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs and must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and long shifts. English proficiency, the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and the physical capacity to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 50 lb are required. A positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential. • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, preparation, components, and allergens. • Minimum six months experience in high‑volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs. • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 50 lb; work indoors and outdoors. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, strong communication and teamwork skills.
