HR Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst

About the Role

• Create and analyze employee surveys using Qualtrics. • Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables for analytics initiatives. • Lead or co-lead analytics projects focused on retention, talent optimization, and organizational effectiveness. • Support workforce planning and talent strategy through data modeling and forecasting. • Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. • Independently collect, clean, and analyze complex HR datasets from multiple sources (HRIS, surveys, performance systems). • Create compelling visual narratives to support HR strategy and decision-making. • Evaluate and improve data collection and reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data findings into strategic recommendations. • Recommend and implement automation solutions where applicable. • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports on key HR metrics including turnover, engagement, and performance. • Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
