About the Role
Key duties include processing equipment facility orders and returns, sourcing equipment internally and from third‑party rental suppliers, and generating purchase orders for purchases and rentals. The specialist reconciles daily billing of contracts, invoices and work orders, and supports both electronic and physical inventory management on project sites and in equipment facilities. They also produce scheduled and on‑demand inventory reports, lead pre‑mobilization and monthly equipment review meetings, and drive LEAN/5S initiatives. • Process equipment orders and returns according to established procedures. • Source equipment from internal inventory and third‑party rental suppliers. • Create purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals. • Reconcile daily billing of contracts, invoices, and work orders. • Maintain electronic and physical inventory records on sites and facilities. • Generate and quality‑check scheduled and on‑demand inventory reports. • Lead pre‑mobility meetings and monthly equipment review sessions. • Support LEAN/5S initiatives and coordinate equipment plans with EF craft teams. • Conduct forecast review meetings with project teams and trade partners. • Reconcile fleet invoicing with accounting, vendors, and project teams. • Provide equipment solutions, recommendations, and resolve issues for project teams. • Order vehicles for team members and manage DOT registration and inquiries. • Participate in equipment facility safety programs and uphold the Zero Injury policy. • Dispatch and schedule equipment deliveries, handling logistics planning. • Build effective relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of rental equipment, construction, or related experience (or four years of equivalent experience). Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, have strong attention to detail, and possess excellent customer‑service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with billing software and knowledge of purchasing/rental processes are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Benefits
Base salary ranges from $73,000 to $98,600, with higher ranges for certain locations, and the role is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
