About the Role
The role is responsible for developing and overseeing installation plans for Clean Energy Center (CEC) modifications from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and CEC procedures. Acting as a Task Manager, the incumbent will direct the Supplemental Workforce and coordinate with vendors, internal groups, and scheduling teams. The position requires maintaining access clearances and meeting health‑screening standards, while leveraging financial, schematic, and electronic work‑management skills to successfully deliver projects. • Develop, manage, and close out installation plans for CEC modifications in line with technical specifications. • Serve as Task Manager overseeing activities of the Supplemental Workforce. • Coordinate with vendors, estimate costs, and create schedules with internal organizations. • Lead field work coordination meetings and facilitate inter‑departmental communication. • Track schedule adherence and cost performance; capture data in Supplier Financial Management System (FMS). • Reinforce safety expectations and monitor safety performance of Supplemental workers. • Maintain required access levels and pass required medical examinations.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience, or Senior Reactor Operator license + 5 years, or Associate’s degree + 7 years, or High school diploma/GED + 9 years. • Preferred: financial/budget experience; ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs; proficiency with electronic work‑management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
