About the Role

As a Security Associate you will protect the property by performing periodic and random inspections, investigating incidents, maintaining reports, and providing assistance to guests, owners, and team members while delivering outstanding service. • Conduct periodic and random inspections of buildings and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain inspection reports, alert management to deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports with witness statements. • Assist team members, guests, and owners by providing directions, delivering packages, and solving general problems. • Patrol interior and perimeter of the resort to identify security and safety risks. • Respond to reasonable requests from management. • Patrol property for 8‑9 hours and work any night, weekend, or holiday shift. • Engage guests in a friendly and effective manner.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to patrol the resort for 8‑9 hours, work any night, weekend or holiday shift, and possess strong interpersonal and computer skills for incident reporting. Preferred candidates have prior security experience in hospitality, a military or law‑enforcement background, and current First Aid/CPR certifications. • Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency for incident reporting. • Possess prior security experience in hotel or hospitality settings (preferred). • Have a military or law‑enforcement background (advantageous). • Hold current First Aid/CPR certification.
