About the Role
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to the cleaning team to ensure service delivery. • Provide hands‑on cleaning support in stores during absences or short‑staffing. • Ensure employees act as ambassadors of Arcus values and behaviours. • Conduct HR investigations, welfare meetings, and manage related issues per policy. • Liaise daily with key clients to resolve difficulties and maintain relationships. • Attend meetings with the Area Operations Manager for effective communication. • Hold regular meetings with direct reports to facilitate two‑way communication. • Complete all required paperwork accurately. • Induct and support new colleagues throughout their probationary period. • Enforce Arcus Health and Safety policies, including Safe Systems of Work, COSHH, and PPE compliance.
