Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a management or supervisory role. Experience in SCM functions through Materials Management, Logistics or Purchasing. Advanced degree or Master in Business Administration (MBA). Experience in commodity management, project execution, risk management and quality and service metrics. Experience with driving corporate‑led initiatives and division projects, including Pro Launch NPD. Fully proficient in program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools. Organized, dynamic, proactive, and team‑oriented while remaining pragmatic. Able to achieve results through influence and collaboration across functions. LI‑MI1 Position Criteria: Proven work experience in project management and team leadership. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred • Minimum three years of management or supervisory experience • Supply chain experience in materials, logistics, or purchasing • Expertise in commodity management, risk management, and quality metrics • Proven ability to lead corporate initiatives and NPD launches • Skilled in program and project management methodologies and tools • Organized, proactive, and able to influence cross‑functional teams
