About the Role
The functional analyst will act as the single point of contact for the Fusion procurement value stream, overseeing development, support, system configurations, testing, and user training, while ensuring high availability and minimal downtime post‑go‑live. Key responsibilities include implementing DevOps practices, monitoring and optimizing system performance, mentoring team members, managing project timelines, coordinating integrations with other value streams, and driving continuous improvement of support processes. • Lead development and support of Fusion procurement processes. • Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment. • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability with minimal downtime. • Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed. • Analyze enhancements, change requests, and support activities. • Plan and prioritize work for approved backlogs, reviewing with BPO/GPO and Solution Architects. • Perform capacity planning of resources to meet SLA commitments. • Coordinate integration issues between PTP and other value streams. • Schedule, review, and approve production deployments with Global Deployment leaders. • Optimize and manage enhancement and support ticket backlogs. • Drive continuous improvements to reduce support tickets and automate manual tasks. • Follow Major Incident Management process for critical P1/P2 issues. • Share value‑stream KPI reporting with Global and Regional DevOps leaders. • Mentor and guide functional and technical team members. • Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations. • Write simple SQL‑based reports for troubleshooting.

What You Bring
The position is Oracle Fusion PTP Procurement Functional Analyst, based in Bangalore, requiring 6‑8 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Procure‑to‑Pay Functional Consultant who deeply understands Oracle Fusion PTP modules and DevOps methodologies. The role will lead cross‑functional discussions, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems, strong communication and analytical skills, 6+ years of consulting or industry experience with at least 4 years in Oracle Cloud Fusion modules (Purchasing, Self‑Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Order Management, Accounts Payable), production support experience, basic SQL reporting, cloud integration knowledge, and proficiency in Office 365. Preferred skills are Oracle Cloud certifications, Agile methodology experience, additional Oracle module knowledge, EDI implementation experience, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Panaya, ServiceNow, and Power BI. • Possess strong verbal and written communication and analytical abilities. • Multi‑task and handle multiple Fusion instance problems in parallel. • 4+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion modules (Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Order Management, AP). • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement (PTP) and drop‑shipment process implementations. • Production support experience of at least one consecutive year in Cloud applications. • Basic understanding of cloud integration (FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs). • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, SharePoint). • Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications and Agile methodology experience. • Preferred: Experience with EDI (850, 810, 832, 855) implementations. • Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Panaya, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
