About the Role
The Project Manager role is responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple Rolls‑Royce sites. The position must ensure delivery meets Integral and Rolls‑Royce standards for health, safety, quality, cost, and programme while complying with CDM legislation, MS18, and CSO6 as a Principal Contractor. Key duties include managing projects valued between £50k and £15m, providing health‑and‑safety leadership, supporting risk management, and delivering work under the NEC3 Framework Contract. The manager will also oversee quotations, maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure supplier compliance, coordinate with senior design managers, and guarantee projects are completed to British Standards, are snag‑free, and handed over with final accounts and O&M information. Coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports and trainees are also essential responsibilities. • Manage projects ranging from £50k to £15m at Rolls‑Royce sites. • Provide health and safety leadership and promote behavioural improvements. • Ensure compliance with CDM legislation, MS18, CSO6, and relevant British Standards. • Deliver projects using the NEC3 Framework Contract and maintain commercial performance. • Prepare and manage quotations, estimates, and risk assessments. • Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships to protect company reputation. • Coordinate with senior design managers and Rolls‑Royce project managers on design and delivery. • Oversee supplier, subcontractor, and workforce adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. • Ensure projects are completed snag‑free and hand over final accounts and O&M documentation on time. • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and trainees.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and experience with NEC3 contracts. Required qualifications include SMSTS, a City & Guilds/NVQ construction qualification, a CSCS card, and First Aid certification, alongside practical experience in construction, health‑and‑safety management across multiple sites, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet‑based QA software such as Fieldview. • Hold SMSTS, City & Guilds/NVQ construction qualifications, CSCS card, and First Aid certification. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Fieldview (or similar) software.
