Senior Bank Reconciliation Analyst - Fixed Term Position
Perform client money reconciliations, ensure RICS compliance, and drive process improvements.

About the Role
Key duties include executing daily and monthly client‑money reconciliations, monitoring and resolving reconciling items, and leading stakeholder query meetings to identify root causes. The analyst will maintain adherence to ISAE3402 and RICS standards, support internal and external audits, and report MAR breaches through monthly KPI dashboards. The position also serves as the go‑to expert for internal teams, reviewing and countersigning colleagues’ work, delivering training and knowledge‑transfer sessions, and fostering collaboration across the CFM function. Partnering with Process Improvement teams, the analyst will standardise procedures, leverage technology for efficiency, support treasury operations, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Execute precise daily and monthly client‑money bank reconciliations. • Monitor, investigate, and resolve reconciling items promptly. • Lead stakeholder query meetings to identify and fix root causes. • Maintain strict compliance with ISAE3402, RICS MAR, and company policies. • Support internal and external audit processes and provide required documentation. • Report RICS MAR breaches through comprehensive monthly KPI reporting. • Act as the primary contact for internal teams seeking reconciliation expertise. • Review and countersign team members' work, ensuring quality and accuracy. • Deliver training and knowledge‑transfer sessions across departments. • Partner with Process Improvement teams to standardise and streamline procedures. • Leverage technology to maximise efficiency while preserving compliance. • Assist treasury operations with strategic bank account maintenance and closures.

What You Bring
Essential experience includes a proven track record in reconciliation or similar financial‑services operations, strong banking‑systems knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must demonstrate superior organisational abilities, analytical attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and alignment with JLL’s leadership behaviours such as Think Big, Inspire, Help Others, Get It Done, Business First, and Drive Change. Preferred qualifications are a finance, accounting, or banking credential (or equivalent experience) and prior exposure to RICS regulations and compliance frameworks.
