About the Role
The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for the facility, delivering professional, personalized service to employees, visitors, and vendors while embodying JLL’s culture and values. This role ensures a welcoming, secure, and well‑managed reception area that supports overall workplace experience. • Greet visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality. • Manage visitor registration using the designated technology system. • Coordinate with security to enforce access control and escort protocols. • Notify employees of visitor arrivals and arrange escorts as needed. • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls via the reception console. • Handle inbound deliveries and coordinate distribution with the mail services team. • Provide information and directions to visitors and employees. • Monitor reception and lobby cleanliness and maintain a professional appearance. • Respond to general inquiries and requests from employees and visitors. • Support emergency response procedures and building evacuations. • Maintain reception area supplies and marketing materials. • Provide administrative support to the workplace team as required. • Document and report workplace issues through the appropriate service request channels.

What You Bring
The position is based on‑site in Seattle, WA and requires presence at the reception desk during standard business hours, with occasional flexible scheduling. It involves extended periods of sitting or standing, regular computer use, and occasional light lifting of up to 15 pounds. Required qualifications include a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred) and at least two years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service. Candidates must exhibit a professional appearance, strong verbal and written communication, customer‑service orientation, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Preferred qualifications encompass experience in corporate reception or high‑end hospitality, background in concierge or technology‑focused environments, event coordination skills, knowledge of facilities operations, and familiarity with G‑Suite, visitor‑management, and service request systems.

Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this role is $70,000‑$75,000 annually, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
