What You Bring
The Aspire Finance early‑career program at Baker Hughes begins between January and July 2026 and is designed for individuals who want to develop world‑class finance skills while networking with a wide range of people. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting with a GPA of at least 3.0, have no more than three years of post‑degree experience, be fluent in English, and possess strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
