About the Role

• Assist with processing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing • Support new hire processes, job changes, and terminations • Complete and file HR forms (e.g., employment verifications, I‑9s) • Assist with benefits processing and leave administration • Enter vendor invoices and reconcile statements • Support billing and collections efforts • Help maintain office equipment and supply inventory • Support general office administration and receptionist duties • Attend meetings and participate in required trainings
