About the Role
The role focuses on reinventing how people interact with water as part of the smart home of the future. You will help guide a traditionally mechanical company toward new possibilities in IoT‑connected devices, apps, and water‑efficiency technologies for kitchens and bathrooms. In this position you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan verification activities, execute comprehensive testing, and ensure product quality early in the development lifecycle. You will also contribute to requirement definition and verification coverage through tools such as P‑Diagrams and DFMEAs. • Develop and execute verification plans and test cases for complex IoT systems (embedded, mobile, cloud). • Coordinate equipment needs for product validation. • Perform inspection, analysis, demonstration, and testing as required. • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing. • Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to resolve them. • Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. • Participate in design reviews to influence early product quality. • Contribute to product requirements development and verification planning. • Support creation of P‑Diagrams, DFMEAs, and other verification artifacts.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience, and have at least three years of hands‑on verification of complex IoT solutions. Familiarity with INCOSE standards, firmware, mobile and cloud applications, connectivity protocols (BLE, Wi‑Fi, Thread) and cybersecurity testing is essential. • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 3 years hands‑on verification of end‑to‑end IoT solutions. • Knowledge of INCOSE standards (certification preferred). • Experience with IoT firmware, mobile and cloud applications, BLE/Wi‑Fi/Thread connectivity, and cybersecurity testing.
