About the Role
• Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors • Conduct community tours for walk‑ins and scheduled visits • Support move‑ins and move‑outs to ensure seamless experiences • Escalate resident concerns to leadership when needed • Inspect homes before move‑in to ensure quality • Walk the property and flag maintenance or curb‑appeal issues • Assist in planning and executing resident events • Help enforce safety standards and community policies • Maintain accurate resident records • Assist in preparing community reports • Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks as assigned

Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience, which may result in total compensation outside the listed range.
