About the Role

• Supervise, train, and schedule security officers for full coverage. • Monitor daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and surveillance. • Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations. • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms calmly and professionally. • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify security risks. • Prepare and review incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports. • Coordinate with management, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed. • Investigate security breaches, thefts, or disturbances and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure security staff meet licensing, training, and performance standards. • Assist in developing security procedures and emergency response plans.

Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, located just outside Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations, supervise staff, and protect people, property, and assets. • Minimum 4 years experience in law enforcement, military, or armed security; active Texas DPS Level 4 PPO commission required. • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, emergency response, and conflict resolution. • Ability to interact confidently with high‑net‑worth individuals and VIPs. • Valid leadership or supervisory certificate; CPR/First Aid preferred; background check and drug screening required. • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work extended hours and meet physical demands.
