About the Role
• Develop scalable, high‑impact training solutions—including digital learning modules, sales playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, and process documentation—to elevate sales effectiveness and ensure consistency across all VIP teams. • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers, site leadership, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging, actionable learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, sales strategy, and client engagement for high‑value members.
