About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, requiring daily on‑site presence and responsibility for showing units, processing leases, handling resident concerns, and supporting retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up with prospects. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet or exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests promptly. • Assist in resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Support office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Help implement the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and weekly reports. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround times. • Project a favorable community image and enforce delegated community policies.
