About the Role
The role involves designing, analyzing, and evaluating industrial power transmission products while adhering to industry regulations, business standards, and program requirements, using engineering principles and calculations. You will develop new transmission solutions under guidance or within a team, following the engineering design manual, and work closely with other engineers and business functions. • Execute design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned power transmission projects in line with technical regulations and business standards. • Apply engineering principles and calculations to develop a wide range of industrial power transmission products. • Create new transmission solutions under guidance or collaboratively, following the engineering design manual. • Coordinate with engineers and other business functions to ensure integrated project delivery. • Communicate project deadlines, concerns, and outcomes to stakeholders. • Deliver complete engineering designs and accurate bills of material on schedule and to quality standards.
