You will develop new transmission solutions under guidance or within a team, following the engineering design manual, and work closely with other engineers and business functions. • Execute design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned power transmission projects in line with technical regulations and business standards. • Apply engineering principles and calculations to develop a wide range of industrial power transmission products. • Create new transmission solutions under guidance or collaboratively, following the engineering design manual. • Coordinate with engineers and other business functions to ensure integrated project delivery. • Communicate project deadlines, concerns, and outcomes to stakeholders. • Deliver complete engineering designs and accurate bills of material on schedule and to quality standards.
