About the Role

The Leasing Consultant implements the leasing and marketing program, promotes a positive image of the apartment community, and assists management with resident programs and retention. The Leasing Consultant helps prospective residents find homes by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases. They plan and attend resident events, collect and secure rental payments, conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities, and maintain an acceptable closing ratio. • Implement leasing and marketing programs to promote community image • Assist management with resident programs and retention initiatives • Tour prospective residents, process lease applications, and prepare leases • Plan and attend resident events and functions • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities • Maintain acceptable closing ratio per property expectations • Provide excellent customer service and sales support
