About the Role

• Ensure timely billing for service and project jobs • Liaise with Project Managers to review billing schedules • Manage credit/debit memos and maintain authorisations per DOA • Set up project inceptions and variations in Pronto with proper approvals • Act as gatekeeper for authorisations on GBR and VO inceptions • Maintain accurate documentation and SharePoint for audits • Support internal and year‑end audits with project documentation • Update customer portals and assist with credit limit reviews • Prepare data for SIP calculations • Provide billing support to local teams and handle AR‑related queries • Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls policies and SHEMS standards • Assist other teams and provide coverage during leave periods • Perform ad‑hoc duties to support the National Admin function

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has prior administration experience, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. They are highly organised, proactive, able to work independently, and demonstrate a customer‑service mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
