About the Role
In this role you will maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas, with a primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. You will work closely with customers and staff, performing tasks to the highest standards. Typical duties include painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, ceiling work, basic appliance troubleshooting and repair, HVAC controls, plumbing fixture repairs, filter changes, caulking, tile and grout work, door lock repairs, pest inspections, light‑bulb replacement, furniture staining, and other cosmetic repairs. You will also implement scheduled preventative maintenance, replace faulty plumbing components, and keep accurate logs and inspection sheets in English. You will maintain clear communication with engineering leadership, assist other maintenance staff on special projects, and respond to all guest requests to ensure satisfaction while being a supportive teammate. • Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑the‑house spaces, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. • Resolve guest issues and provide excellent customer service in English. • Perform repairs such as painting, drywall, stucco, flooring, appliance troubleshooting, HVAC controls, plumbing fixtures, filter changes, door locks, caulking, tile/grout, light‑bulb replacement, and furniture staining. • Conduct preventive maintenance, schedule inspections, and document work in logs and inspection sheets. • Communicate effectively with engineering leadership and assist teammates on special projects. • Meet physical requirements: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift/push/pull up to 100 lb, lift/carry 50 lb.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include effective verbal and written communication in English, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, at least two years of facilities‑maintenance experience, and the ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet, lift or carry up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb. Preferred candidates have three to five years of related experience. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of facilities‑maintenance experience. • Preferred: three to five years of related maintenance experience.
