About the Role
In this role you will partner with field and account managers to understand regional needs, secure product listings, and create national promotional strategies. You will also provide training and safety seminars for end‑users while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to launch new initiatives and drive growth across your accounts. • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel in national accounts • Collaborate with field account managers to assess regional and local needs • Secure product listings and design national promotional plans • Deliver product training and safety seminars to end‑users • Create event promotions and flyers aligned with customers’ national schedules • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to launch new products and drive field programs • Coordinate targeted National Account and Core Sales initiatives with support teams • Work with SBD account managers to grow market share and achieve growth targets

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field and brings at least eight years of sales or marketing experience in the construction and industrial channels, especially with anchor and concrete solutions. Prior key‑account or sales‑management experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, a clean driver’s license, and a willingness to travel extensively are required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field • 8+ years of sales or marketing experience in construction/industrial channels, focusing on anchors and concrete solutions • Prior sales‑management and key‑account experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel 75% of the time • Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally across business units
