About the Role
The Lead HSE will be based in Abu Dhabi, supporting a PMC project on a mega‑EPC on‑shore development. The role requires extensive on‑shore site experience and responsibility for health, safety and environment leadership on the project. • Provide HSE leadership and oversight on a mega‑EPC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and ESG standards across all project phases. • Lead development and implementation of HSE policies, risk assessments, and incident investigations. • Coordinate HSE activities with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 20 years of oil‑and‑gas experience, including 15 years delivering EPC contracts and preferably 8 years of on‑shore project work. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory. • Minimum 20 years oil‑and‑gas experience, including 15 years EPC execution. • At least 8 years on‑shore project experience (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required). • Demonstrate commitment to KBR’s values of safety, integrity, sustainability and teamwork.
