About the Role
The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity, productivity, and timely service for customers. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency. Key duties include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily route data to improve efficiency, and using the internal routing platform for proactive adjustments. The analyst communicates constantly with drivers to monitor progress, resolve transit issues, and protect company assets while interpreting logistics data to enhance routing accuracy and profitability. • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures. • Analyze daily route information and adjust routing for efficiency using the internal platform. • Communicate with drivers to monitor progress, resolve transit issues, and manage safety and security of assets. • Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data (inventory, asset reliability) to improve routing accuracy. • Manage missed pickups, educate drivers, and develop strategies to prevent future failures. • Create routes that maximize capacity, profitability, and adherence to disposal site requirements. • Monitor daily routing activities, resolve issues, and assess swing‑route opportunities. • Evaluate and prioritize customer service promises, maintain call‑center updates, and communicate any delays. • Participate in comprehensive benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, health‑care and dependent‑care spending accounts, short‑ and long‑term disability, life and AD&D insurance, Employee Assistance Program, discount programs, 401(k) with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and paid time off.

Benefits
