About the Role
The Senior Full Stack Solution Developer will design and implement integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Atlassian, and AWS platforms. This role is based in Arlington, VA, with a Monday‑through‑Thursday in‑office schedule and the option to work from home on Fridays. • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. • Translate requirements into actionable solution designs with effort estimates and timelines. • Ensure solution designs comply with governance frameworks and regulations such as SOC 2 and GDPR. • Develop and configure cloud services for solution delivery. • Define and coordinate tasks for delivery teams and technical stakeholders. • Align solution documentation with established governance standards. • Assist in creating development standards and reusable solution architectures. • Document solutions and standards in team knowledge bases. • Mentor and coach solution development team members. • Build Azure solutions including Functions, Runbooks, Web Apps, Logic Apps, and identity management. • Create M365 enhancements using PowerShell, Azure Functions, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, SPFx, connectors, and CoPilot. • Integrate solutions with M365, Atlassian, and Azure APIs. • Apply DevOps practices and maintain CI/CD pipelines. • Implement data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and brings at least five years of experience with enterprise collaboration technologies such as M365 and Atlassian. They must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, and expertise in building scalable, secure, and cost‑effective cloud solutions on Azure and M365, including coding in JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or Python. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Possess 5+ years of experience with M365, Atlassian, or similar enterprise collaboration tools. • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities. • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
