About the Role
The Business Support department is seeking an administrator to support finance and project teams. The role involves handling submissions, managing the Director’s diary, maintaining files, processing invoices and travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with internal systems and SOX controls. • Prepare and submit tender responses promptly • Manage and update the Director’s calendar • Organise and maintain office and project files • Perform banking duties and reconcile petty cash • Book couriers, catering and arrange staff refreshments • Process monthly invoices • Arrange ad‑hoc travel for staff • Create new jobs/projects in the Financial Management System • Book meeting rooms and manage work‑allocation programs • Apply SOX controls where applicable • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality management systems

What You Bring
The successful candidate will be expected to become proficient with Turner & Townsend’s suite of internal applications (D365, Preceda, Advance, Phoenix, T2, The Hive, CDA) and act as a super‑user for reporting, data accuracy and compliance support. Candidates should hold a relevant professional qualification, have at least three years of finance or business administration experience—ideally within property or construction consulting—and be an intermediate user of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and the Office suite, with strong knowledge of Microsoft D365. • Hold a professional qualification relevant to the role • Possess 3+ years of finance or business administration experience in property/construction consulting • Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office suite at an intermediate level • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Microsoft D365 and internal systems
