About the Role

• Design civil engineering solutions including hydraulic calculations, chlorine decay assessment, and extended period simulation. • Produce general arrangement drawings, pipe sections, specifications, BOQs, and prepare/review tenders for water and wastewater networks. • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and ensure compliance with client standards, codes, and specifications. • Perform design checks and approvals throughout the project life‑cycle. • Prepare and review project reports and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance. • Ensure quality control processes, standardize workflows, and drive innovation in designs. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants. • Identify, define, and resolve design‑related problems and risks, promoting health, safety, and environmental best practices.

What You Bring

• BE in Civil Engineering; postgraduate degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred. • Minimum 15 years of experience with water/wastewater pipelines and networks. • Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership. • Strong knowledge of design processes and multidisciplinary project experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication and client liaison skills. • Ability to troubleshoot, guide team members, and adopt proactive, innovative approaches. • Proficient with Bentley WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, and CivilStorm. • Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks. • Competent in MS Word and Excel. • Familiar with document management systems such as SharePoint, Bentley ProjectWise, and BIM360.
