About the Role
The Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of condominium common areas and residential units through high-quality painting and surface preparation. This role supports property maintenance efforts to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community. • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming • Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings, and common areas • Perform touch-ups and routine maintenance painting as needed • Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting projects • Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly (ladders, lifts, PPE) • Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition • Report structural damage, water intrusion, or maintenance issues to management • Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruption to residents • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Benefits
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with compensation ranging from $20 to $23 depending on experience. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Delray Beach area.
