About the Role

The role assists skilled craft workers in their daily duties and may involve working in additional trades as appropriate to the employee’s training and skill level. The employee must follow direction from higher‑skilled workers or a foreman and be adaptable to project supervision requests. Key duties include applying basic math, minimizing waste, adhering to safety protocols, and operating tools safely. The employee is expected to seek guidance when uncertain, continuously look for process improvements, foster positive crew relationships, produce high‑quality work, and communicate material or equipment needs. • Identify and eliminate process waste • Seek supervisor guidance when uncertain about work or safety • Safely operate tools and equipment • Maintain positive relationships with crew members • Deliver high‑quality, safe, and productive work • Provide feedback on material and equipment availability • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend • Navigate confined, cluttered, uneven areas • Comply with all safety standards and procedures • Climb and balance on frameworks, ladders, and scaffolds • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varied temperatures and conditions

What You Bring
