Job Highlights
About the Role
The Finish Painter will operate and maintain paint guns, troubleshoot equipment, and perform necessary maintenance. They will prepare bodies for epoxy primer coats, use the in‑house mixing system, and accurately mix and spray a variety of paints, including metallic, acrylic enamels, primers, polyurethanes, spatter paints, molycote, and undercoating. Planning for multicolored trucks, correcting paint reactions, and adhering to strict deadlines and safety standards are also essential. • Operate and maintain paint guns, performing troubleshooting and routine maintenance. • Prepare bodies for epoxy primer coats and use the in‑house paint mixing system. • Accurately mix and spray various paint types, including metallic, acrylic enamels, primers, polyurethanes, spatter paints, molycote, and undercoating. • Plan and execute multicolored truck painting while correcting paint reactions and related issues. • Follow Terex safety and quality standards to achieve zero‑defect outcomes. • Participate in wellness programs, legal assistance, and employee discount programs.
