About the Role

As a Security Officer you will deliver a 24-hour, 365-day security service on site, performing internal, external and perimeter foot patrols, controlling access at vehicle points and building entrances, and operating CCTV and automated access-control systems. You will investigate incidents, produce accurate written reports, conduct vehicle and personnel searches, and act lawfully to protect life and property. • Provide 24/7 on-site security, including foot patrols and access control. • Monitor CCTV, alarm systems and conduct vehicle/personnel searches. • Record and report incidents, maintaining accurate daily logs. • Respond lawfully to protect life, property and investigate crimes. • Work flexible shifts, covering weekends and Bank Holidays.

What You Bring

The role requires flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays, a full UK driving licence and the ability to obtain SIA licensing (training provided). Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and while not essential, previous security or control-room experience is highly desirable. Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a Security Check clearance; Rolls-Royce will support the application for UK nationals or MoD-approved dual nationals.
