About the Role
The role is primarily accountable for overseeing safety programs, manufacturing schedules, personnel, quality control, and production standards. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the incumbent directly leads front‑line supervisors and indirectly oversees an hourly workforce across three shifts (Monday‑Friday). • Plan, manage, and lead daily production operations to meet safety, on‑time delivery, quality, and productivity targets. • Promote ergonomic, environmental, and employee health initiatives. • Deliver world‑class service to internal and external customers. • Lead a team of front‑line supervisors across three shifts and oversee an hourly workforce. • Drive internal certification, ISO compliance, and total customer satisfaction efforts. • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports. • Ensure compliance with quality systems to achieve required quality levels. • Manage material, methods, labor, and machine performance. • Contribute to the Master Production Schedule development. • Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives through the Schneider Performance System. • Oversee people management duties including goal setting, performance reviews, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well‑being. • Define training goals aligned with competencies and targets. • Lead change management aligned with business and plant objectives. • Foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the plant. • Coordinate implementation of programs supporting manufacturing strategies and goals.

What You Bring
The position reports to the Up & Downstream – EMS Planning Leader and requires on‑site presence at either the Fairfield or West Chester facility five days a week. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field and have at least three years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project coordination, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance setting, are essential.
