About the Role
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional will play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reviews, partnering with senior management and cross‑functional teams to drive insightful decision‑making and accurate financial projections. The role emphasizes standardization, automation, and clear communication while supporting the JLL FP&A team’s collaborative approach with finance partners across business lines. For further details, candidates can review the Candidate Privacy Statement and the Equal Employment Opportunity policy. • Develop and coordinate the annual budgeting process with department heads and executives. • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements. • Create financial models and forecasts to support resource allocation and strategic decisions. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Design and implement automated financial reporting processes in partnership with the tech team. • Manage the forecasting cycle, update forecasts regularly, and adjust assumptions based on market changes. • Partner with business units to deliver financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and evaluate new opportunities. • Produce internal reports, charts, and presentations for senior leadership and non‑financial stakeholders. • Lead and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, promoting best practices and compliance with relevant standards. • Track headcount, monitor key performance indicators, and support M&A and product‑launch activities. • Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines across global time zones.
