About the Role
The role supports the Northland region with roading and construction projects, maintaining and extending roads, structures, and pathways. The Supervisor will lead a crew based at Northland depots, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of assignments across the network. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising construction crews, planning, organising, directing, and controlling on‑site activities. The supervisor must optimise resource use, track performance against targets and contracts, and uphold high quality standards to keep customers and management satisfied. • Provide solutions to unforeseen issues and promote continual improvement
