About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain overall responsibility for the Fix‑It‑Now (FIN) team and ensure the Clean Energy Center (CEC) operates safely, reliably, and efficiently in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. • Lead and manage the Fix‑It‑Now (FIN) team, including hiring, development, compensation, performance evaluations, and training certification compliance. • Ensure FIN activities comply with CEC procedures, Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations, and safety policies. • Support CEC operations by managing emergent and priority work, including Main Control Room deficiencies. • Plan and execute FIN tasks during online operations, forced outages, refuel outages, and unplanned power reductions. • Oversee maintenance execution by qualified personnel using approved procedures. • Coordinate simple troubleshooting and act as liaison between Maintenance and Engineering for complex issues. • Chair the New Work Screening Committee and control work request backlog using minor maintenance processes. • Perform additional duties such as emergency response, department coverage, and outage support as directed.

What You Bring

• Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience or equivalent combinations; 3 years relevant experience including power‑plant and nuclear‑plant exposure; supervisory/managerial experience; meet ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 standards and access/medical requirements. • Preferred qualifications: supervisory experience in electrical, instrument or mechanical maintenance; current or prior Senior Reactor Operator license or certification.
