They collaborate with managers to coordinate jobs, handle urgent needs efficiently, and keep communication clear. • Dispatch technicians to urgent customer requests. • Coordinate job assignments across multiple technicians with managers. • Communicate schedule changes and rescheduling updates to customers. • Answer and schedule incoming service calls. • Verify accurate completion of daily timecards. • Schedule and manage return service calls. • Maintain a friendly and welcoming telephone demeanor.
