About the Role
The Workplace Experience Lead oversees end-to-end workplace and office operations, ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. They manage office communication and act as the first point of contact for workplace-related inquiries. Key duties include managing daily facilities functions such as reception, housekeeping, security coordination, space planning, and vendor management. The role supervises cafeteria operations to ensure food quality, hygiene, cost optimization, and employee satisfaction. It also handles transport and shuttle services, and administers workplace technology systems like access control, visitor management, ticketing tools, and mailroom operations. The lead analyzes feedback and operational data to improve services and optimize space utilization. They ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, supplies, and safety protocols are consistently upheld.
